Sales Specialist (Junior/ Junior+)

What are you going to do:

• Discover and connect with YouTube creators from all over the world;
• Help creators join our YouTube partner network (CSP) and unlock new monetization opportunities;
• Research regional markets, spot trends, and experiment with new outreach approaches;
• Reach clear, measurable KPIs and get rewarded with bonuses (we truly value results and know how to celebrate success!).

You are perfect for us if:

• Your English level is B2 or higher – you’ll be chatting with creators across different countries and cultures;
• You understand how sales and client communication work (experience is a big plus, but not a must);
• You’re confident, proactive, and not afraid to start conversations with new people;
• You’re genuinely interested in the world of YouTube, creators, and digital media;
• You have your own laptop and are ready to work remotely as part of a fast-paced international team.
