Full autonomy to build the promotion strategy from scratch for Germany, France, Spain, Italy and other countries.

Your First Step:

Localize and test offers/creatives in 3 target countries.

Identify and vet 10+ relevant influencers per region.

Launch the first wave of campaigns with 30+ influencers and collect key metrics for analysis.

We're Looking For Someone With:

A proven portfolio of successful performance campaigns in European markets (3+ years of relevant experience).

Fluency in English; knowledge of the Russian language (preferably native)

A hybrid skillset: creative (building offers), analytical (A/B testing), and managerial (overseeing contractors).
