Project Manager / Technical Presale

We are an international IT partner for SMB clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Our core expertise includes IT infrastructure projects such as networks, servers, VoIP, backups, Azure migrations, SharePoint, and meeting room solutions.

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong technical understanding and presales experience, who will act as the primary point of contact for our clients and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at a profitable margin.

• Manage IT infrastructure projects of varying scale, from migrations to full infrastructure deployments.
• Act as the primary client interface: gather requirements through interviews, analyze needs, and translate them into clear technical solutions.
• Prepare project estimates, including labor hours, resources, and additional costs, ensuring profitability and risk coverage.
• Engage with distributors and vendors to identify and validate optimal technical solutions.
• Coordinate internal engineers, sales teams, account managers, and subcontractors, ensuring delivery quality.
• Evaluate subcontractors and ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
• Support presales activities: solution design, cost justification, and presenting proposals to clients.
