Store Manager – Mall of the Emirates, Dubai

About Us

We are launching a new fashion multi-brand premium store in Mall of the Emirates (250-300 m²). The store will feature top-tier brands like Hermès, Chrome Hearts, Dior, Balenciaga, Nike, Yeezy, and New Balance, catering to the high middle+ segment with a strong focus on streetwear culture and family look fashion.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead the team and drive sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
• Lead and manage a team of 9 people (sales associates, stock keepers)
• Maintain a premium customer experience, providing expert fashion advice and styling tips.
• Drive sales and achieve KPI targets.
• Manage stock levels, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between sales staff and stockroom operations.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to optimize store strategy.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and VIP clientele relations.
• Coordinate with headquarters and report on store performance.

Requirements

• Fluent English (essential for communicating with international customers).
• Experience in fashion retail (luxury streetwear preferred, but beauty industry candidates will also be considered).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent understanding of streetwear culture and premium fashion trends.
• Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in stock management and store operations.
• Currently residing in Dubai (Russian-speaking candidates preferred).

What We Offer

• Salary: 12,000 - 15,000 AED per month + performance-based bonuses of 5,000 - 7,000 AED per month
