Senior Data Scientist / relocation to Serbia

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and deploy small language models (SLMs) for ERP-related tasks
• Design and implement AI agents for workflows, task automation, and adaptive decision-making across ERP modules
• Build and maintain traditional ML models (time series forecasting, anomaly detection, classification, clustering)
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to define and integrate AI use cases
• Own the MLOps lifecycle: CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, and responsible AI practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science (ML + NLP focus)
• Proficiency in Python and ML/NLP frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, HuggingFace)
• Proven experience fine-tuning language models
• Cloud deployment experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with AI agents and LLM orchestration tools (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI)
• Strong knowledge of classical ML techniques and MLOps best practices
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
