Website Operations Support

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Website Operations Support Specialist to join our team at educational website Octopi Poker. This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of operations, content, and customer support — perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, solving problems, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Add poker hands (manual and semi-automated) from live poker streams to our website
• Generate player avatars with the help of ChatGPT
• Monitor George (our AI assistant) in production: review answers, fix mistakes, and notify affected users via email
• Update documentation for George and test him against a set of questions about our functionality
• Submit daily operational reports

Occasional Tasks

• Assist with user support inquiries
• Onboard coaches and partner companies onto our marketplace, collecting required information
• Communicate with our partners (PokerGO)
• Add merchandise to our Shopify store and coordinate with the supply manager/warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort with learning new tools and systems
• Proactive, reliable, and a problem-solver by nature
• Previous experience in support, operations, or content moderation is a big plus
• Poker enthusiast — strongly preferred, but not required
• Willingness to register as self-employed or individual entrepreneur (ИП)
