About Us

WedVibes is a global media holding company spanning multiple businesses in the wedding industry: an online wedding magazine, a wedding planning agency, international styled shoots and curated tours, a wedding venue (upcoming),  as well as education for wedding professionals.

The Role

We are looking for a Head of Socials to take full ownership of growth across Instagram and TikTok for WedVibes and its affiliated brands. 

You’ll work across 3 Instagram accounts (our 250k+ follower online magazine account, a wedding planning agency, and an Oregon wedding venue), as well as build our TikTok presence from the ground up.

Your mission is simple: turn beautiful accounts into growth engines. 

You’ll collaborate with our visuals-focused teammates to align on aesthetic direction, but you are ultimately responsible for strategy, growth, virality, and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for all Instagram and TikTok accounts (media, agency, venue).
  
• Research audiences, competitors, and current trends, identify opportunities for viral reach and guide content calendar.
  
• Script, produce, and edit Reels/TikToks; publish and analyze performance.
  
• Collaborate with visuals-focused teammates on creative direction to ensure content aligns with both brand aesthetic and growth goals.
  
• Track, analyze, and iterate on content performance using a data-driven approach.

Success Outcomes

• Media Account: Grow 250k -> 300k followers by the end of 2025.
  
• Planning Agency: Secure first couple directly through Instagram by end of 2025.
  
• Venue Account: Secure first couple directly through Instagram by end of 2025.
  
• TikTok: Achieve 1M cumulative views within the first year.

Who We’re Looking For

• Ideally an influencer yourself, or with direct experience growing accounts and creating viral content.
  
• Proven ability to deliver results (e.g., creating Reels/TikToks with 1M+ views, growing an account by thousands of followers or more, or similar track record).
  
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok trends, algorithms, and growth levers.
  
• Comfortable being both a strategist (setting direction) and an executor (hands-on production).
  
• Hih visual standards; someone who cares deeply about aesthetics and storytelling.
  
• Numbers-driven, with a data-first mindset for content performance and iteration.
  
• Thrives in transparent feedback, takes ownership of results, and enjoys being part of a dynamic, international team.
