Junior Java Developer

**Position overview

ITK Academy is inviting beginner Java developers to gain hands-on experience, level up their skills, and learn to work independently on interesting IT projects.  Prove your expertise during the test period and get your first Job offer** as a Java specialist! 

Responsibilities

•Work closely with a mentor
•Design, implement, and maintain Java code
•Participate in software development activities

Requirements

•Good knowledge of algorithms and OOP
•Good knowledge of Java
•Basic knowledge of popular RDBMS, at least one—MySQL or PostgreSQL. •Ability to write SQL queries (JOINs, WHERE, GROUP BY, HAVING)
•Basic knowledge of the Spring Framework
•Basic knowledge of VCS, such as Git
•Basic knowledge of developing RESTful APIs
•Basic knowledge of Kotlin will be your advantage

• Good spoken English (at least B2 level according to CEFR)
• Russian - **native

Working Conditions**

•Remote
•Full time
•Flexible start of the day (from 8:00 to 11:00 GMT+3)
