Frontend Developer (DeFi)

We are hiring for a Frontend Engineer to join a crypto-backed stablecoin firm (up to $180k USD base salary)

The firm;

• They’re building a crypto-native structured product protocol designed to deliver scalable, secure dollar liquidity from crypto collateral.
• Think of it as the “BlackRock of DeFi” meets systematic quant fund, with the same rigor you’d find at a global investment bank — but fully on-chain

And they’ve turned some pretty big heads in the DeFi space already after closing out a $6.5m pre-seed round

The role;

• Architect & implement the UX; structured vaults, yield splits, minting/redemptions, and risk analytics
• Own transaction UX and seamless wallet integration
• Design & build a robust, permissionless Peg Stability Module that supports 1:1 redemptions with off-chain collateral or on-chain liquidity pools
• Design multi-asset routing mechanisms across stablecoins (e.g. USDC, USDT) and vault-backed tokens
• Explore, design, and implement a custom AMM or liquidity engine (e.g. Pendle-style or Curve-style), tailored for tranche-based redemptions, non-linear payoffs, time-decaying yield products etc.

• Frontend; Angular / TypeScript (option to migrate to React)
• Backend; TypeScript / Python
• Infra; AWS, GitHub Actions, Docker

Essential xp to apply;

• Strong grasp of AMM mechanics, peg-stability design, and on-chain arbitrage dynamics
• Front-end development experience using Angular or React + TypeScript
• Understanding of tranching, yield-bearing assets, and structured product mechanics (either from TradFi or crypto)
• Deployed DeFi protocol or core contributor to one
