Job Summary

Own and lead one of our flagship AI Lab accounts, driving tens of millions in revenue. You’ll be the strategic point of accountability, guiding data operations, high-performing teams, and client partnerships to deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the strategic lead of an AI Lab account, owning revenue, performance, and client trust.
• Drive account strategy end-to-end, ensuring all initiatives align with client goals and deliver measurable value.
• Lead and mentor Strategic Project Leads; guarantee flawless execution across multiple projects.
• Own data operations and human-in-the-loop workflows; adapt rapidly to evolving client requirements.
• Act as the client’s trusted partner—communicating wins, risks, and next steps with clarity and confidence.
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities and grow the account through value delivery, not sales tactics.

• Proven leadership in AI, data operations, or complex client account management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience scaling initiatives and driving multimillion-dollar outcomes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced decision-making, and high accountability.

Preferred

• Background in high-growth, innovation-driven environments or consulting.
• Experience scaling AI/data initiatives across distributed teams.
• Advanced degree in AI, Data Science, Business, or related field.
