Product Manager - Developer Experience (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our Head of Product and CPO in defining and driving a compelling product vision and strategy for peaq developers and end users.
• Own the backlog and engineering team’s efficiency, continuously implementing improvements to ensure we quickly build the right features at the right time.
• Help create, implement, and evangelise product management best practices across the organisation.
• Set up and maintain robust feedback loops to track developer satisfaction and measure the impact of improvements over time.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with clear KPIs, working closely with engineering, design, ecosystem, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive product development process.
• Gather systematic insights from users, community, ecosystem partners, and developers to inform product features and prioritise enhancements.
• Stay plugged into best practices from leading ecosystems like Solana, Base, and Polkadot, adapting the most innovative ideas to accelerate peaq’s evolution.
• Lead sprint planning, refinement sessions, and retrospectives to maintain development velocity and quality.
• Craft detailed product requirements with clear acceptance criteria that minimise ambiguity and rework.

Basic Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years product management experience; with at least 1+ years in Web3, blockchain, or DeFi
• Growth Mindset - you understand that you never stop learning, especially in web3
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You’ll work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong product mindset — your north star is the needs of our users. You will own prioritisation without getting lost in technical rabbit holes.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to synthesise data into actionable insights.
• High emotional intelligence — able to read the room, manage relationships across teams, and communicate with empathy.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• In depth knowledge of multiple blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, Binance, Cosmos).
• Experience with building and developing a layer 1 blockchain.
• Mobile experience.
