CTO

We are hiring for a CTO (very hands-on) to join a crypto-backed stablecoin firm

The firm;

• They’re building a crypto-native structured product protocol designed to deliver scalable, secure dollar liquidity from crypto collateral.
• Think of it as the “BlackRock of DeFi” meets systematic quant fund, with the same rigor you’d find at a global investment bank — but fully on-chain

And they’ve turned some pretty big heads in the DeFi space already after closing out a $6.5m pre-seed round

The role;

• Architect & lead the build of a full-stack, high-performance DeFi platform; from smart contracts and backend systems to secure integrations with custodians, CEXs, and real-time data feeds
• Work directly with the founding team to help define everything from technical architecture to hiring culture
• Ensure 24/7 uptime, institutional security, and composability from day one

Experience needed;

• Architect & build low-latency backend/trading infra to execute systematic strategies and manage protocol state
• Integrate securely with custodians (e.g. Fireblocks, Copper), CEXs (e.g. Binance, Coinbase Pro), DEXs, and oracles
• Design and implement gas-efficient, upgradeable smart contracts (Foundry / Solidity)
• Oversee frontend implementation (Angular / TypeScript) for vaults, yield dashboards, and portfolio actions
• Establish DevOps pipelines, monitoring systems, testing coverage, and CI/CD standards

Package;

• $250k USD base salary
• Equity + tokens
