About the role

A Motion Analyst is someone who helps the Motion Design team make decisions based on data and insights.

Your task is to uncover patterns and valuable findings in the market, in our own creatives, and in competitors’ work — so the team can start new projects not from scratch, but with a clear understanding of what already works and where to go next.

• Research the mobile advertising market and identify trends.
• Analyze creatives (both ours and competitors’) using Sensor Tower and internal tools.
• Track performance metrics (CTR, CPI, etc.) and find growth opportunities.
• Highlight successful ideas that can be scaled across projects.
• Collaborate closely with motion designers and the creative team.
