DevOps Engineer (Mid-Level)

We’re looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer who thrives in hybrid environments and isn’t afraid to dive deep into complex, multi-layered problems. If you get excited by the challenge of building solutions that are radically more cost-effective (even if they're trickier to maintain), you’ll fit right in.

• Cloud & Orchestration: AWS (EKS, CloudFront, S3, Karpenter), Kubernetes (k8s)
• Bare Metal & OS: Physical Linux servers, Clickhouse, Virtualization
• Networking & CDN: Cloudflare (DNS), Complex network connectivity, VPN
• CI/CD & GitOps: GitLab, GitLab CI/CD, iOS/Android build runners (macOS)
• Databases & Messaging: PostgreSQL (Zalando operator), Kafka, Redis, Memcached
• Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, VictoriaLogs, Alertmanager, Opsgenie
• Open Source & Tools: Nginx, Keycloak, Kong, Cert-manager, CoreDNS, Nexus, Vault
• AI & Automation: nVidia GPU nodes, n8n.

• Own and evolve our hybrid infrastructure – a mix of AWS cloud and physical bare-metal servers.
• Work directly with the infrastructure that powers our Gen-AI products, gaining deep experience in managing and scaling GPU-accelerated AI applications.
• Work directly with our CTO and Backend team on critical optimizations – from cost efficiency to speeding up virtual server deployment.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire stack, from network connectivity to Kubernetes workloads.
• Share knowledge and competencies within the team. We believe in cross-functionality – everyone should be able to fix each other's work.
• Explore and implement original solutions. We value clever fixes and are willing to trade some maintenance complexity for significant economic advantages.
