Lead GD/Product Owner - Playfocus

SayGames is one of the largest mobile game publishers with over 7 billion installs across platforms and 180+ games in our portfolio.

We help teams of all sizes release great games and reach millions of players around the world.

Playfocus is one of the studios whose awesome games we publish. It's a small but super-driven and highly skilled team that has been making cool games for over 3 years.

The current focus will be on Renovation Day: House Makeover (iOS, Android). To expand the team, the guys are looking for a Lead GD/Product Owner to manage the project, create a roadmap, and work closely with the team.

• Manage the vision of the project's development. Formulate, maintain, refine, and communicate it to the team and stakeholders.
• Work in detail on key aspects—content expansion, economics, monetization, Live Ops.
• Create an iterative development plan and fully manage its implementation and analysis of results.
• Continuously improve the game, development processes, tools, and approaches to design and production.
• Work closely with analytics, manage the testing process, analyze results, and identify weaknesses and opportunities for growth.
• Stay up to date with new projects in the genre and maintain a current gaming perspective.
• Mentor, develop, share knowledge, and help other people on the team improve.
