AI trainer

Become an integral part of our customer’s team as a Spanish (ES) Language Reviewer - AI Trainer and help elevate AI-driven language technology to new heights. In this part-time, fully remote role, you’ll use your expertise in peninsular Spanish to refine, evaluate, and advance the authenticity and accuracy of AI-generated Spanish content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate AI-generated Spanish (from Spain) content for linguistic precision, naturalness, and contextual relevance.
• Identify and differentiate between native and non-native Spanish speech and written samples from Spain.
• Provide thorough, actionable feedback to enhance AI understanding of Spanish grammar, colloquialisms, and regional nuances.
• Collaborate with technical teams on improving AI voice models with a focus on accent recognition and clear communication.
• Analyze and annotate voice and text data to maintain high standards of pronunciation, vocabulary, and linguistic authenticity.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of assessment frameworks for native Spanish identification and language quality assurance.
• Maintain detailed documentation and actively support ongoing quality assurance processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native-level command of Spanish (from Spain) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to distinguish and assess various Spanish accents and dialects from Spain.
• Academic background in Hispanic Studies, Linguistics, or a closely related field.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong passion for language accuracy and quality.
• Experience in content reviewing, editing, language assessment, or similar roles.
• Skilled in delivering clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.
• Self-driven and capable of producing high-quality results independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI training, speech data annotation, or related machine learning applications.
• Familiarity with language technology, especially voice-based AI platforms or linguistic resource development.
• Advanced degree or certification in Spanish linguistics or related studies.
