Growth Marketing Manager

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of customer acquisition and demand generation for a next-gen cloud PDM platform used by SolidWorks teams. This role reports directly to the CEO. You’ll join a remote, senior team and scale marketing activities to enhance our inbound. 🚀

What you’ll do 🛠

🎯 Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube).

🔎 Lead SEO & content: keyword research, ~3 quality articles/week, steady backlink velocity.

🌐 Own conversion funnels & landing pages with our Webflow developer.

🧪 Run email/marketing automation (ActiveCampaign) and experiment to improve CAC/CR.

🤝 Manage contractors/agencies (SEO, content, SMM) with a tight weekly cadence.

📊 Instrument and read analytics (GA/GSC/GTM, PostHog) to drive decisions.

We’re looking for 🙌

✅ 3+ years in growth/performance/demand gen for SaaS; hands-on mindset.

✅ Proven Google Ads experience (LinkedIn Ads a plus); solid grasp of CAC/LTV/funnel metrics.

✅ Working knowledge of SEO & content optimization, marketing automation.

✅ Excellent English, high ownership, evidence-based thinking.
