Business Development Consultant (Beauty / Retail / KSA)

FJX Group Co. Ltd distributes a diverse portfolio of beauty brands, including both European and Saudi-based names. We’re expanding our retail presence across the Kingdom and looking to strengthen partnerships with leading beauty chains, pharmacies, e-commerce platforms, and salon networks.

We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant with solid expertise and strong connections within the beauty and retail sector in Saudi Arabia. Your mission will be to introduce our brands to relevant retail networks, facilitate meetings with key decision-makers, and support the negotiation and onboarding process.

• Identify and connect with key beauty and pharmacy retailers, e-commerce platforms, and salon chains in KSA.
• Arrange and participate in meetings with category buyers and decision-makers.
• Support negotiations and onboarding processes for new retail partnerships.
• Maintain and report monthly on outreach activities and deal progress.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Minimum of 5 qualified new retail contacts (different doors) per month.
• Minimum of 1 closed deal per month.
• Submission of a monthly activity report (status sheet).
