Motion Designer – GIO app (jun+/middle)

GIO (https://gioapp.ai/) is an AI-powered photo studio app that helps users create professional headshots, outfit swaps, and background changes in seconds – no photographer needed. Perfect for LinkedIn profiles, dating apps, or just leveling up your digital presence.

We're looking for a Motion Designer (jun+/middle) who is ready to dive into the world of AI and create high-performing ad creatives. This role is for a reliable team player who finds satisfaction in delivering quality work within clear guidelines and is excited to master new AI tools as part of their daily workflow. While the core of the work is structured, you'll have dedicated space to contribute your ideas during team brainstorms and experimental tasks.

• Produce 4–5 creative packs per week (each with 4 variations).
• Execute bi-weekly experimental tasks – your chance to explore new styles and test fresh ideas.
• Use AI tools (Kling, Runway, Midjourney, Higgsfield) to generate and integrate assets.
• Create simple slideshows and script-based videos.
• Actively participate in weekly creative brainstorms.
• Maintain clean file hygiene and project structure for the whole team.
• Continuous optimization of internal workflows, including rendering, export processes, file and version management, asset storage.
